RESOLVED: this is no longer and issue. A new 64bit update to the iOS app is available in the app store.
The Purpose of this notification is to alert customers to changes that are affecting the current version of the Stockstream Mobile Native iOS application for users upgrading to the iOS 11 version.
Details of the Change
Stockhouse is aware that an issue affecting the Stockstream Mobile Native iOS Application is being encountered by end users who have upgraded their iOS version to iOS 11. When a user upgrades to iOS 11 the native application will no longer initiate.
We are currently working with the software developer on publishing a new version of the native mobile application for both iOS and Google Play which will not only remedy this issue with iOS 11 but will also bring improved functionality to Stockstream Mobile Native Application users.
There are no issues with the current Stockstream Mobile Native Android Application.
When the Change Will Go Into Effect
The new version of the Stockstream Mobile iOS and Google Play application will become available within the next week or so, prior to mid-October 2017.
Customer Action required?
We encourage end users to delay upgrading their iOS version to iOS 11 until our new version of the Stockstream Mobile Native iOS Application is made available. If this is not possible, users may access their account on their mobile device using the Web version of the application. Simply type in stockstreammobile.com to your phone’s web browser to view your Portfolio, Watchlist, Stock Quotes and Markets.
