We are working to resolve an issue that prevents access to the service. The issue is caused by a failure in the automatic synching of encrypted passwords between Stockhouse and the software provider.
While we work to fix this issue you may find that you cannot access the Stockstream service via Web, Mobile or Desktop apps until you contact our support team and they perform a manual password reset and synch.
Please reach out to our support team by email for help M-F, closed weekends. Ensure you reference Stockstream so they understand the nature of the password problem. They will reply to you with a new randomly generated password that will work for all your Stockstream and Stockhouse use and must be used until this issue is resolved or you request a new password from us.
