First we require that you maintain an up-to-date email address in your Stockhouse member account.
If you are subscribed and your email address is correct but not receiving the emails then please ensure that your email provider is not treating the newsletter as spam. You can do so with most email services by signing into the web-mail version and checking your spam settings and spam folder. Also check your local Spam/Junk-mail folder if you use Email software such as Outlook or Thunderbird.
Additionally you can add the Ticker Trax email address to your contact list in your web-mail loggin to ensure your email provider knows you like us. It is important that this step is done at the web-mail portion of your service and not in your local email reader like Outlook or Thunderbird. The email address to whit-list is: email@example.com
