In many cases where members are experiencing big problems with our site it is because they need to sign in. This might seem obvious but unfortunately it is not and this is our fault (sorry!). What has happened to many users is the old website allowed you to stay logged in forever. Many people have signed in once and then forgotten about that process. You might not even be aware of this being an issue as you can still read the Bullboards and do many things without being logged in. Indications this could be a problem for you are:
-
you can’t post on the Bullboards
-
you can’t access your portfolio
-
Your Portfolio text looks really small and does not respond
-
you pay for real-time data that is not showing up in data areas of the website.
There is no indication or warning that you are not signed in when you are looking at these features. We have, however, added a new member bar in bright orange to the top of the new site. This will show your name on the right of the bar if you are signed in. If you aren't it will offer you to sign up as a new member or sign in with your account. If you have forgotten your password you are in luck. Changing or Recovering passwords is a self-service feature and you can use the forgot password option on the same sign in page. Or you can go here: http://www.stockhouse.com/login
