Thank you again to all the members that have taken the time to give specific feedback on the new site that we can take action on. We, the Support Team, are working as fast as we can to respond to all of your submissions. Please be assured if we have not already replied that we will shortly. In addition to replying to you, the team is also testing any concerns you bring up and presenting your feature requests to the Product Management team.
This process has already led to many small changes including honouring your existing Ignore Lists in the Bullboards. This is only a first step and we have not implemented the management interface, but at least if you had previously ignored someone you won’t be bothered now. The team is working on giving you the ability to manage your ignore list again. We will update you as soon as it is available. In the meantime, note that we cannot help you with editing the list. You will have to be patient and wait for the full release of this feature.
As always, we would really appreciate your help by first referring to the new updated Knowledge Base and the Feature Request Blog before submitting a Support Request. While we are happy to provide you personalized service, there are only so many request we can respond to in one day. If you can resolve your issue with the self-service options, then you leave us more time to address issues that need our direct attention.
