Bullboards and News archives for Halted and Delisted companies are still available but you may not be able to search for the company in the same way.
When a company is halted for an extended period of time the research tools like quotes and charts etc. become unavailable. Additionally you will not be able to search for the company by directly entering the ticker in the search bar. instead you will need to enter the company name to be provided with a search suggestion result.
