Simply click on "Filter Groups by Sectors" drop down menu. To get to this page, go to Community --> Groups.
Navigate through the sector list to find the group that discuss the sector or topic you are interested in. If you wish to join this group you will need to be logged into your account and then you can send a membership request to the group owner.
