There have been incidents in which a fully verified user may be unable to create a new post, reply to an existing post, or add/remove users from the ignore list. If you are clicking on one of these buttons and nothing is happening on the page, read below.
The issue is generally caused by an authorization certificate expiring in your browser. Unless there is an active suspension on your membership, this can easily be resolved by two simple steps.
- Fully sign out of Stockhouse.com
- Sign back in with your EMAIL address and Password
Everything should be working again!
Always try signing out then back in again if you experience random issues/this is the best way to refresh everything in your computer to clear up any issues.
