On Friday morning, March 1st, 2019, when Stockstream subscribers were forced to re-subscribe some of you found a bug preventing you from either entering the cart or completing the order with the final "Finish" button at step 4.
Both bugs were resolved by Friday afternoon and you should now be able to complete an order.
That said, some of you may still see an issue with the "Finish" button not working, only if your browser has cached the old code. This is not something we can control and different browsers cache (or save and reuse) website code differently.
If you are blocked in the cart please try one of the following:
Option 1: try a different web browser than you normally use. Most of use have more than one browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, IE, Safari, Opera) installed and if you have not used that browser for the cart on our site it will not be cached. Note you will have to sign in again. You can use this step just to make the order and then go back to your normal browser.
Option 2: many browser have a 'Private Browsing' or 'Incognito Window' mode that bypasses caching and cookies. Note you will also have to sign in again. You can use this step just to make the order and then go back to the non private/incognito window.
Option 3: clear your cache and cookies. This option should permanently get rid of the problem code. CAUTION it will also sign you out of all websites and clear helpful preferences. This will affect all websites, not just Stockhouse.com Steps are different for each browser. Check these articles for help: Chrome, FireFox, Edge.
