If you have an active subscription and are getting an invalid username and password combination when signing in to the Stockstream application, please:
1. Change your password at: https://stockhouse.com/members/profile/contact-info
Please note that passwords MUST be 8 characters long.
2. Fully sign out of Stockhouse.com
3. Wait 10 - 30 minutes (it takes time to update across the website, desktop app and mobile app)
If you have updated your password and are still unable to access your subscription services please contact support using the "Submit Request" link at the top right of this page.
