The Clarity, Credibility and Usefulness rating system can be used to rate comments that you and others have made about your blog or someone else's.
First, you need to make sure you are logged into your account. After reading a comment, place your cursor over each rating category to rate the content for Clarity, Credibility and Usefulness. These ratings use a five star system and will provide the content with an Overall Quality score.
